While it's crucial for the clinic to accurately verify pricing before processing payments, I also acknowledge my responsibility to review the bill before providing payment. To fellow clients, I suggest diligently checking your bills to ensure the agreed-upon amount aligns with the charges before making payments. This precaution can help avoid similar inconveniences.
