"This is my second review ever, so I don’t say the following lightly. Adam Jensen is the BEST dentist in Anchorage. I would give him 10 stars if I could. His entire staff is so sweet, warm, and personable. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much and had such a nice time at my dentists office. I actually look forward to going back for my appointments. He is also very thorough and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their teeth. When I say thorough, I mean they did things in the comprehensive exam that I have never had done in my lifetime of seeing dentists. After the numerous x-rays, he sat down with me, showed me every x-ray and explained in detail where my problem areas were. Then went over what the treatment plan would be to correct those problem areas. He was very nice and professional about giving me advice on how to take care of my teeth. And throughout the entire time, I never felt like it was being judged, quite the opposite in fact. It was the small things that made a difference for me. For example, asking to get put on the cancellation list and actually having one of his sweet receptionists reach out and ask if you’re available when someone does cancel their appointment. So if you’re looking for a new Dentist or you just want an amazing dentist, don’t hesitate to go to Chugach Dental!"

"Dr. Adam and his team are the best! My front tooth filling fell out and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule. Also, Dr. Adam probably has the lightest hands of all the dentists in Alaska. No pain was felt throughout the process. The dental assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the front desk ladies were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone, especially to those who have fear/anxiety when going to the dentist."

I have to say that the staff at the office and Dr. Jensen more than exceeded my expectations. They took the time to hear my concerns, and did all they could to ensure my visit resulted in a positive experience. Had to get a crown and it was the most painless one I’ve ever had, and I have a few so I definitely have something to compare their service against. They even offered me a warm scented towel at the end of the procedure which no other dentist has ever done before. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend him and his team to anyone who has had negative dental experiences, is anxious about the dentist, or is nervous about poor dental health. When no other dentist called me back for an appointment, Dr. Jensen's team called me just hours after putting in a request for an appointment online! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and are genuinely happy to improve my wellbeing. Everyone has been kind, approachable and very encouraging which makes getting excited about my dental health much easier!
