"We had such a nice meal here at our hotel. Starting, our drinks, bread and butter were awesome. I loved loved the seasoned butter they bring to the table with the bread. I had the pork tomahawk and it was amazing. Best pork I’ve ever had. Waaaay too much but so delicious! Brussels and potato’s were also great. My husband loved his steak. Our server was very attentive and helpful when choosing our meal. Highly recommend!"

"Had the Wagyu burger with sautéed wild mushrooms. Very good. Juicy and tender. The fries were too … something for my taste. Others might enjoy them. Caesar salad was frankly a little bizarre, kind of deconstructed and not the typical Caesar dressing taste. The bread was very nice, but I’d advise asking for regular butter rather than the strange mix they brought to the table."

"Our party of 6 made a 7:15 reservation on a Wednesday evening in October. It's a small, intimate restaurant with only a handful of tables. Our server, Cost, was the only server on duty. He did an excellent job of taking care of us. The steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Filet, & Bison NY Strip) were excellent - perfectly cooked and allowed to rest before serving. Only complaint lies with the bar service. We all ordered mixed drinks, but the bartender seemed more interested in chatting with his friends sitting at the bar (literally the only 2 customers at the bar). On each of the 3-4 rounds of drinks we ordered we were faced with a 10-15 minute wait. Otherwise it was a great dinner with a great server. We will visit again."

"We had such a lovely celebratory dinner here last night! The service was wonderful, thank you to Kat, who made the evening so special! We took in the atmosphere as we enjoyed the 10 ounce bison New York, cut on heated Himalayan sea salt, the delicious salmon, lobster mac & cheese on the side—all washed down with Wyoming whiskey. To top the night off, we had the skillet cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top—the perfect compliment to the perfect meal! Thank you for such a great experience!"
