"I scheduled a shuttle from Anchorage to Denali for $90, days before my departure date. After the bus never showed up, I called customer service, asking if I had maybe missed my bus. A dismissive employee told me the shuttle wasn’t running that day, despite the fact that I had already paid for it, had an itinerary number, and a confirmation email. When I asked why I was able to buy a ticket for a bus that wasn’t running, the employee said they’d give me a refund. He was dismissive toward my questions and actually hung up on me before I could officially request a refund. I would Alaska Tour & Travel instead. They did an amazing job and got me a shuttle that same day for a cheaper price."
