"Whatever you do when visiting Skagway. Do not and I repeat .. Do not use M&M Tours for any reason. They will sell you a tour at any cost just to get the sale. They lied to me and when I talk to the owner Mark Jennings, He was rude and belittled me. I even reached out the Visitation Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce and have yet to receive any satisfaction. When I speak to anyone I will advise them to stay away from this place."
"We needed a very quick answer to find a store selling the specific item we needed before our tour left. They provided specific directions and we made it to our tour assembly area with time to spare. It does not get better than this. Well done."
