"The room was gross. The pillows smelled and were riddled with stains, the fitted sheet was barely on the mattress, there was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door, there were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker, and the outlet was dirty, coming away from the wall and sparked when we tried to plug in our phone charger. Also, we had reserved a room with two beds, but our room only had one bed. Response to owner. Instead of giving a stock response you give to the dozens of 1-star reviews you are given, your response could be that you will finally be proactive in ensuring that not only your rooms are cleaned and maintained to an acceptable standard, but that you will also take it upon yourself as the owner to ensure that guests get the room they reserve. And if a guest is unhappy, you will make it right in whatever way you can. For example, charge the correct rate for a one bedroom room versus a two bedroom room the guest had reserved. You could also personally inspect a sample of rooms each day to ensure they are cleaned and maintained properly. Your response is weak and no one buys it. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing. Wyndham should be embarrassed."

"Don’t stay here. It’s overpriced and dirty. I didn’t expect the rooms to be new or fancy. I did expect them to be clean and they were far from it. The room smelled like sour water and mildew. There was leftover toothpaste and spit all over the sink and mirror area. There was even standing water underneath the stand that holds the shampoo and such. The sheets were stained and the pillowcases were a dingy brown color. I could go on and on about the cleanliness of the room."

"The room was decently clean, but the service was aweful. The older man that checked us in seemed annoyed to be there. He was very rude and unfriendly. The air conditioning didn't work and it was 74 stuffy degrees in our room all night. The shower creaked loudly with every step. We went down for breakfast at 8:15, there was nothing "hot" left and staff refused to refill it. Breakfast was posted till 9! It was filthy in the breakfast room. Way overpriced for the experience. Some things can be overlooked, terrible service isn't one. Also seems to be the theme based on other reviews."

"Exhausted from riding all day on a motorcycle. A little bit pricey, but beggars can't be choosers. The vending machine could use more food in it. The breakfast also too. No one refilled the hot food. The rooms were nice and clean."

"I am not normally a person who writes reviews. However, this was the most unpleasant stay I've had in all my travels. Travelers beware. Look before you pay. Our room was very dirty. The shower was lukewarm at best. Breakfast was questionable. We opted against it after pouring a glass of apple juice that had chunks of some sort of growth in it. Also the fact that cleanliness was not a strong point made me question eating the food. I would not stay here again. Ever. The one positive is they allow dogs for a fee."
