"Our motorcycle died about 5 miles out of Canyon Village. Josh, Mark and Caleb went above and beyond to help us figure it out and get back on the road. They troubleshooted, took initiative, were extremely friendly, and got us on our merry way!"
"Woke up at Canyon campground the day we were leaving to a surprise dead battery, so dead I could not even unlock the power doors to get in. Someone from the service station came to jump start us pretty quickly early in the morning and we managed to finish packing up and stopped by the auto repair on the way out where they tested our battery and determined it needed to be replaced. Luckily they had the battery in stock as it was a Sunday and unlikely I could even easily get it replaced in town. They got my battery replaced and we were on our way with a long day of driving ahead. Something we never thought we had to use but ended up saving us over a thousand miles from home."
"Over priced gas, but that is given the location. Friendly staff and decent selection of drinks and snacks for a small convenience store. Also auto repair shop on site, and those employees are very helpful as well."
"The check engine light came on last Friday evening, before we were to leave Yellowstone the next morning. Brought it to the service station next to Canyon Village. Mark, the Mechanic, was in before his 8 am start. He tried to save me some $$ by reassuring me it was the change in altitude (Yellowstone vs Indiana) and all the ups and downs in shifting gears that confused the ECM. But at my request, and despite his being swamped with calls and walk-ins, he ran a quick check in just a few minutes, for less than $60, which confirmed his opinion that all was well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I felt better about driving back home 22 hours, and did so with zero engine problems. Great guy, great service. Thx Mark!"
