Ryan phoned me to get a good feel of what the mechanical issues were and he rounded up the parts he figured we would need to get it back on the road. "My diesel school bus broke down and Ryan was out to meet me in under 90min. His rates and arrival time were clearly communicated by both the shop and the driver. He helped me do an alternator which was a real pain to extract, fix a Y junction of coolant hose, and a serpentine belt. Ryan was kind and explained to me everything as he repaired. Will most definitely recommend them to anyone passing through looking for urgent roadside assistance."
