"Probably one of the best no-nonsense auto shops I've had the pleasure of using. Joe really helped me out when my car was giving me some pretty dangerous steering issues, and he did so with the kind of professionalism that could be appreciated by anyone. He gave me a realistic time of when he could get it in, and then managed to get it in even quicker and give me the rundown on what the exact problem was and how much it'd be to fix it. After giving him the go-ahead, he had it up and running (again) faster than expected, and I was able to traverse the country roads again without risk of steering into a ditch.
