"Patient portal for results did not work. when I finally got my results it showed two of my tests were not performed; a urial test wasn’t performed because i “did not provide a collective sample” even though I asked if I had enough urine in the cup and the lady said yes. Another test was not performed due to “the age of specimen”. So you just let it go bad?? Also not even a call to say hey we need you to provide more??? Do not go here"
"I have been to Labcorp four times, the first three resulted in charges of $100+\- for 3-4 tests. The fourth visit needed a few more tests from same blood draw so I was prepared for an increase of $75-$100. The bill arrived for $650. The vitamin D test alone was $186. Billing Dept said there is a discount if you pay upfront which was not explained at the center. I have no insurance and always pay cash but was charged the insured rate. After battling with four billing reps, the amount was reduced to $455. Way more than I would have paid for if it was disclosed in advance. I feel this is a predatory billing practice and am taking time to post this online to warn others."
