"The gym is set up more like a rehab facility. The strength training equipment was most likely purchased by somebody who's not a lifter. Don't get me wrong it's a good place to come to maintain what you have. Pro's: open 24/7, not a lot of competition for equipment and when you are in Kalispell you can go to the "Summit" (Logan Health Fitness Center). Con's: Hardly ever any staff to help, not the most comfortable/challenging equipment and lack of equipment."

"It's par for the course. I've seen better low end facilities with much better equipment. For starters, the barbells are cheap garbage. If you want a good bar, go for the Rogue Echo bar, its a good option for smaller gyms and upstart fitness centers because its an Olympic/power lifting quality bay around $220 for one. The place is cramped and the studio is inadequate. I own a few gyms in the Twin Cities, the squat rack is inadequate for a commercial gym, again there are very good priced better quality racks check out Titan Fitness or Rep for affordability. Gotta get the equipment up to speed or your place will go down the tube, and why aren't you 24hrs??"

"Nice, new, clean facility with plenty of cardio, weight machines and free weights. Sad that it's not staffed better with fitness personnel to answer questions and be there for assistance. The exercise room with videos available is pretty neat. I'm good with exercising on my own, but many patrons would probably like having at least one person on duty during all opening hours to help with concerns or basic equipment use. The website also needs to have more details about the Polson location. Every link takes you to The Summit. Update the website to show off the beautiful facility and gain more members! :D"
