"Ray's installed a mini split system in our house this past summer. The individuals were courteous and professional. There were a few issues with the install with crimped, damaged lines, and condensate leaking from the units onto the floors when running as an AC unit. The issues were fixed but should not have occurred. Mostly I like the Dakin minisplit system but I it's cold weather performance isn't great compared to a friend's Mitsubishi unit. The Dakin unit goes offline more than I would like to defrost. Would I do the mini split system? Absolutely. I'm glad not to be burning so much wood and these units don't cost a lot to run but I would pick another brand."
