"Joe is the guy to go to! I thought my Pixel 4A was a goner with the charging port not working and my lint removal techniques all failing but he got it right as rain in two minutes free of charge. Also love the honesty, I was hoping to have my battery replaced because it's been underperforming but he explained that is was probably not the most cost-effective decision and suggested I just get a new phone instead when the battery goes. I feel like anyone else would've taken the easy business - appreciate this place!"
