"Why do we allow this kind of buisiness to go on and even exist at all. Why Put someone in a position to pick up a car and then charge what ever they want. Then they threaten collections for what ever amount they make up. Using 500$ increments. He borrows terminology he heard insurance companies use to try and sound like an intelligent buisiness man. But they are really just criminals who extort money from people by force. Is this the dark ages still?? If you want to support this kind of forced criminal activity. "Sparr's Towing & Automotive if at all possible I highly suggest avoiding this place at all costs! The “manager” is extremely rude. Won’t let you talk and is disrespectful. I called to talk about my moving truck I was suppose to pick up Thursday and he would not let me talk and kept saying call budget. and then proceeds to tell me “ I’m going to cancel your reservation because I don’t want to deal with people like you” he knew exactly who I was without me giving him my name. So he WAS able to go into the system for my reservation he just didn’t want to do his job! This place is contracted with Budget Truck Rental. Yes I ended up spending more money than I wanted but I avoided doing business here. Not to mention budget kept transferring me even after talking to a supervisor. I will never rent from Budget again!"
"Wow!!! I was sad to see get hauled to the shop but loved how well Rick treated her. The mechanic was at lunch so Rick even helped push me into a spot so the car wasn’t sitting in the middle of the driveway. Thank you Sparr’s towing for the help today."
