"Jess is awesome, took my machine to Anchorage Bernina Dealer they charged me almost 700.00 to fix sewing machine and service. when i was able to try and sew with it 1.5 years later after remodel of sewing room it wouldnt even sew needle was hitting outside of plate. Call J&H dropped machine off 3 days later it sews and guess what it was about a 3rd less of the cost then Dealer who screwed it up. Jess has found a life customers. Wont even Darken the Door Steps of Seams Like Home again."

"I took my pfaff sewing machine in for repair and service, and I received a call back very soon. The lady said the feed failed, machine too old, can’t get parts for it. We picked it up, my husband asked to write down exactly the problem. She stated it was the electronics. Upon checking it more closely at home We discovered the feed switch was in the no sew position. I have to believe their qualified technician did not even see my machine. The lady had shown me her newer models when I first went there, and perhaps she was hoping I would toss my 1990 model and purchase new from her. Very disappointed , and will warn my family and friends of my experience. I have been sewing with my machine with no problems since we found out the problem on our own. Certainly glad I did not believe it was beyond hope as she told me!"
