"I've used Aaron's in the past and had a pleasant experience. I thought it would be a good place to work. Not the case. Maybe don't tell the customers that the previous manager was fired and complain about it. Was not a good experience in-store. Good luck cleaning the mess before the big bosses arrive."

"There super friendly, only things I don't like is that they no longer use a dolly to bring up ur washer or furniture if u have stairs that it has to be lugged up. They also dont hook up ur dryer for u anymore or stack them if there stackable. They also didn't inform us that are dryer cord was so short to where we had to go out and buy a exention cord witch we had to make to make it reach. Along with they didn't inform us with how tall are washer and dryer was going to be. When stacked on top of each other it barley fit in the small area we had to put it in witch is why we had to hand make are own extension cord from homedepo. Other than that staff is very friendly. I'm not happy at all my husband and I just paided off are dressers last month and due to them not using a dolly to get are big dresser up the stairs when we went to move it over one of the legs broke off now we don't have any way to get it repaired due to its are responsibility after ur items are paid off. Aaron's do better and use a darn dolly. I have been a loyal and reliable customer for the last 7 years with lots of different furniture and this is how u treat ur customers now. it's not cool at all. Guess I'll be taking my next buy through someone else since u can't do ur customers better and before u say anything about u have a repair thing if u pay a month fee for after it's payed off that's not cool eaither we should have to pay extra to repair a item if u guys would just be more careful when carrying items up people's stairs and just us a dolly. Oh and FYI when my husband and I were moving the dresser we weren't dragging it we were lifting it to move it over."

"Horrible, theft... if you do not want to continue to do business with them one minute after signing the paperwork the 25.00 they ask for... WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK. it is theirs to keep no they don't say it upfront. Just another way for them to rob you. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS Why are they listed with the BBB that's says a lot. The information provided from the corporate level is not honored. The customer service is on the same level as dogs living on the street. None And finally Daysha the account rep sad and shameful they allow such poor service. AVOID AT ALL COST"
