"I'm hoping the head managers see this. Please I beg - Fire the front line manager (short, long nails, tattoos, non-white) She was super mean to the staff, staff is fearful of her, rude to customers, couldnt "be bothered" to talk to anyone doing a cashier sign off, stuff laying everywhere & didn't care. I don't want this store to get bad all because of a bad manager & ON couldn't find someone to hire."

"Purchased a pair of pants without the security tag removed. When I returned to.quick have the tag removed the manager was more interested in making small talk with a customer instead of assisting me with what was suppose to be a simple task. I'm hesitant on the caliber of customer service in this location."

"I tried on some of the new sun dresses *March 2022*, ended up leaving with one. There were two employees and they were the nicest people, definitely contributed to a positive experience even if it was "their job". One of them just had received a promotion. I see why. I enjoyed shopping there, which I hate shopping anywhere. I'll go back."

"Always a great store to buy clothes and happy people working. I wish they enforced covid-19 procedures more carefully though. I can't even count how many times an employee was right next to me or my kids. Other than that I would give five stars."

"They often have a good selection and pretty decent sales and clearance. When its busy, the checkout line can get very long. I have been held up for a while doing a return because they had a new employee on the register without a manager atound to help them out."
