"Pants shrink. Tried to return them as i live in rural Alaska. Played games and 19 emails later i still have got no where with them. At this point i will never buy from them again die to the worst customer service ever! And the 4 pair of shrinking pants at $80 a piece. These fire hose pants are trash!"

"I like their selection of clothes and underwears. It's a bit on the pricey side. Seems like they have lots of good sales. The staff was warm and friendly. One thing I thought was unique is the lounge they had in the back of the store where you could sit and have a free coffee while I'm waiting for my wife to finish up."
