"It would have been nice to get through the drive through without waiting an hour. So if you have a large order that you are making i suggest that you go inside instead of making everybody in the line Wait on you. Good food sucky a$$ waiting time..... So if you don't mind waiting in line, Wendy's is the way to go, but if you don't like being in lines that lasts for over a 1/2 hour, do not go to Wendy's. They are also ssssooooo slow!!!!"
"Ordering and the food was ok. While we were eating one of the employees brought out a loud bluetooth speaker blaring vulgar and explicit music. We asked a couple times for them to turn it down and finally had to yell multiple times to get them to even hear us. Completely ruined the meal. Never eating there again!"
"Ordered 2 different combos and was automatically charged for large combos. When asked why my bill was over $34, I was given a shrug of the shoulders along with "I don't know." Wait time in the drive thru was over 30 mins. Try to give places a chance and customer service just sucks"
"The drive thru still takes a long time to get through when they aren't busy. The chicken nuggets i got were slightly cold and looked kinda gross (looked like they were filled with a needle and some filling was left on top of the nugget). Fries are always fire tho. Iced coffee is worse than McDonald's but better than tacobells."
"I got here at 9:39, I hear the speaker say to the other car in front of me they are closed and no longer serving. I pull up and they said they’re closed. Why when they don’t wanna serve people anymore dont they place cones up in the drive-through? Turn off the lights? I mean they don’t close for another 20 minutes why couldn’t they assist us? So now here it is 957 I’m still in the drive-through line, almost 20 minutes later, I can’t get out of it and I’m sitting here for no reason because they’re not gonna serve any of us food anyways. If we can get in the drive-through, your lights are on and you’re serving the people in front of us. Why do we get turned down and we still got to sit here and wait 20 minutes for the slow employees to make the food.(we all know every single Wendy’s takes forever at the drive-through.) there was plenty of time before 10pm for them to take 20 minutes to make the car front of me but they wanted to make me one freakin burger. Lazy horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, go somewhere else, we shouldn’t have to deal with you."
