"Decided not to buy anything because of high prices and app ordering problems. Given the quantity and quality now being offered by McDonald's the cost for the food is price gouging. The app is designed to hide prices until after you write order. The location seems under staffed by minimally trained people who don't have the information to answer questions about the items being sold. Probably better to go to O'Brady's across the street."
"Went out to order a fish sandwich & fries Asked 2 employees for fresh fries ill wait Checked on way home and nope they were barely warm -so 2 employees thought it was ok to lie -just to push the customer out for next one Then when I Checked my fish sandwich There was a 1/4 slice of cheese and it was not fresh This is not the first incident with this location Last was they didn’t put any meat on my 3 children happy meals Had to go back Why are we having to do this Or what happened to quality service I managed restaurants for over 30 years This is not acceptable"

"The worst meal. All the food was cold and I love 5 minutes away. Called to let them know the reason was short staffed. Went back to get a new hopefully hot buy no the same cheese was not even melted, cold fries. They need to shut down one drive thru as owners of this facility I would think you would take enough notice as to what people are getting in the drive through and how many people going through there with one person doing the meals just deplorable I cannot believe and I won't go again to this McDonald's it's just ridiculous after going twice the same meal the same cold it's unacceptable I can't believe that you guys actually think that you're doing well but you're not. Customer service is priority you don't seem to think so."
