"Just moved to anchorage and trying to find "my" regular shop. I thought this was a good one at first, always very friendly and prices arnt too bad. However the last two times I've gone I've been very clear and said I wanted an ICED drink, and everytime they give it to me hot. I was very very clear on the last one and said it 3 times in my order. Iced. Still got 20oz of hot mocha instead. No, I'm not gonna have them remake it because it's a waste of resources. I'm just not going to come here any more and pass along my experience."
"We pulled up passenger side for my friend who has a visual disability ( and was paying) to read the menu and was instantly yelled at by a blonde barista. Left both of us very upset. The barista was very rude. Will not ever go to again."
