Firefly Children's Center

"We have been coming to Firefly for nearly three years now (3.5 year old and 18 month old) and are so happy to have started here and to be able to move through the classrooms with both kiddos! We love their approach to child care; they spend lots of time outdoors, even in the winter months, let the kids express themselves through crafts and painting and are grounded in good principles and caring staff and teachers. The managers and primary teachers the classrooms have been with firefly for at least 3-5 years which speaks volumes as retention is hard but there have been some key constants in the programs. I hear so many kind things said about all the staff and teachers - they are truly the heartbeat of this center and make it a safe, fun and individualized place to learn and grow!"

"Our daughter has been attending Firefly for almost 3 years, starting as an infant, and we've had nothing but positive and happy experiences as she has grown. With each new age and new teacher she has been loved and cared for as their own and she's ALWAYS happy to be there. The staff makes children's safety a PRIORITY. Just recently my husband picked her up (which is out of the norm) and he was asked to show his ID. Some parents may be annoyed by such a request but we were/are so thankful for their dedication to precious little ones. I will continue to recommend Firefly to anyone and everyone!"

"Our son was always sick, horrible rashes, unhappy attending here.. Gut feeling something felt off about this place. Took him out and he had a complete turn around immediately. I wouldn't step foot near this place again. He thrives at his current daycare."

"My child has been in daycare full time since he was 12 months old and has never had as adverse reaction to any school or a teacher as he did with Firefly. Trusting a mother’s intuition and my child’s loud protests, we pulled my child out after only attending for 2 days. Firefly wasn’t understanding or accommodating in refunding any of the tuition. I only enrolled my child the week before and had my child in school for 2 days, but Firefly kept a full month’s tuition, half month deposit and $100 annual fee. That is pretty steep for 2 days when they had many open spots and didn’t need to adjust any staff ratios as a result of my child attending/not attending. Long story short, go somewhere else. We did and my child loves his new school and teacher."
