"It's been awhile, but the pita that is taking the backhoe off of my 3510 has kinda prompted me to write this. This is all about the delivery and post-delivery. This is a ~$35,000 tractor kit, and we are very happy with it mostly, it's a good little tractor. After the sale however, the delivery and support experience left a lot of irritation. Mike was great up until dropping it off for us. He spent a grand total of about 5 minutes explaining things, then left. Later, after an issue came up, he left me on hold for about 5 minutes for no apparent reason, then told me to call a tech person in the Bitterroot valley for advice - which he could have done immediately. That's not only rude, but I was standing in the cold waiting for this gentleman to get his garbage together. He sounded impatient, which though inexplicable I thought was pretty entertaining: annoying salesguys is an old hobby having been one myself. So, having been a salesguy provides the reason I'm writing this, although a little belatedly as this happened more than a year ago. $35k is not a small sale, and rushing through delivery on something as complicated as this tractor is pretty obnoxious, let alone the price point here. Maybe it's time Mike or someone who might be concerned with Mike's actual performance take a look at what really goes down aside from all the rosy one-line reviews. That's all folks, I will not be responding to any commentary from the business, sorry, there's no fixing first impressions. I'll teach myself to handle this thing eventually and rely on car salespersons to get deliveries right every time. It's their job after all, and they are made to do it right. EDIT: I have to add something after reading another review about hydraulic hoses blowing off (involving Quintin). This just makes me mad as my own problem was with a few blown lines. If Mike doesn't have time to deal with general phone calls in a normal way, he shouldn't be answering the !% phone lol. Anyway, cheers all."

"I don't know what Jany is talking about. But these people are awesome and grea to talk to, and got me unloaded right away. He probably didn't call 24hrs ahead of time before arriving like he was supposed to. I could also assume he didn't properly secure his load. I'll deliver here anytime. "Mike and the tech's at Larry's have been great, they had the tractor that I needed, explained the features and benefits well. Kept me in the loop on when they could deliver it and delivered it when they said they would. Mike went over the post sale checklist and made sure we were comfortable before he drove off. They pick up the phone and are good to get back with you if they don't have the answer right away. Great company."
