"All I can say is that the Rolfing 10 series I completed with Evelyn has been the best experience (and money spent) I have had in years!! Don’t worry, you don’t have to commit to a ten series right off the bat, Evelyn offers single sessions as well. I originally found Middle Path Rolfing when a friend gifted me a free session. I had never heard of Rolfing before and figured why not give it a shot. Evelyn is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate Rolfer who can easily communicate the process to you both the scientific and philosophical components. At its core Rolfing is movement therapy, but there is much more to be discovered and gained. She starts every session with a personal discovery (your current state: physical and mental, plus any questions, comments or concerns) and during the session takes every care to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and informed. I would recommend Rolfing (and Evelyn) to anyone. However this might be particularly interesting to anyone who is experiencing stubborn physical pain (that was me), folks carrying emotional trauma, anyone interested in the mind and body connection in regards to movement, people with a passion for Eastern medicine or anybody curious about full picture health and well being practices. If you think this is for you I encourage you to take a chance and try it; remember to be open minded, ask questions, have patience (some people have that Ah-Ha! moment session one, my Ah-Ha! moment was during my third session) and have fun on your Rolfing journey!!"
