"I had been a customer at Agen's for over 15 years. I brought my 4Runner in because the 4 wheel drive wouldn't disengage. They checked the actuators, did lots of trouble shooting, and even charged me $50 to call an advisor because they couldn't figure it out, which didn't help either. I had a stereo put in and come to find out it was just that they didn't plug it back in. I'm not sure why it cost me $389 to plug something back in. If they had seen it wasn't a stock radio, wouldn't that have clued them in to check the switch?? Instead they charged me several hours of troubleshooting and an advisor fee. When they took the dash apart they snapped off a clip which I found on my floor board and one on the panels won't go back into place. Ever since the original owner passed, this place hasn't been the same. I asked them to give me a break on the bill since I was a loyal customer and so was my husband, but they stood their ground and said what they did was justified. I was only asking for part of it to be taken off like an hour of labor and the advisor fee and they said no. That is not good business in my eyes. I run a small business and I feel I wasn't asking too much. I will never use this place again. The front desk guy, Jared is really nice. It's a shame they lost a loyal customer over $200. I would have never done that to one of my customers."
