"Bartenders, Front desk, Custodians and Security were great! Oscar is A great Security Officer making sure I got to my room safely! There was A disturbance across the hall and it was quickly handled by two other officers from my suite. My tire was completely flat in the morning and Thomas from custodial & maintenance helped me even though he was busy!"
"Bad front desk service, there were three people standing around when I went to check in, finally one of them called for someone to check me in. The hotel list free wifi we weren’t given password for wifi also states microwave upon request. Requested for two microwaves for our two room see booked. Were told they had none left. Rooms smelled bad.Not a good place to stay. Will be my last time staying here especially for the fact that we booked it for my son’s bday. Pretty disappointed."
"We were stuck there during the recent snow storm and cold snap. Everyone of them took amazing care of us. I became friends with most of them ! I highly recommend staying and playing there."
"Great casino except the machines are a little too crowded. Almost every time I’ve been there. The staff is great usually although they seem bored and a little not interested in helping at the hospitality desk in the back of the casino. Otherwise people are great and we enjoy coming here."
"Had an excellent time at this casino. Not only did I receive excellent customer service but actually won a little money I am usually not so lucky!!! Love that it's on reservation land therefore they allow smoking in the casino. Will be visiting again when I have few extra bucks to throw in the machine!"
