After making the very hard decision as a family to have our 16 year old daughter attend Chrysalis I knew when we got there to drop her off she was at the right place and with the right people. Her therapist Amy was so kind, compassionate and supportive of our daughter while helping her develop skills to manage anxiety and life’s stressors. Everyone at the school from her house staff, the teachers, the medical team and adventure staff were amazing. As hard as it was to not have our daughter home, we knew she was gaining invaluable skills and confidence. She has been home for 6 months. The skills she learned and worked on at Chrysalis have truly been life changing. She learned how strong and capable she is and how to manage life’s stressors. Chrysalis truly gave her the chance to discover what she wants out of life and how to get there, despite the obstacles in her way. We will be forever grateful to everyone at Chrysalis."

"I don’t know where I would be without Chrysalis. I was a student at Chrysalis and graduated from the program after 12 months. I will never forget that year, as it was simultaneously the most challenging and rewarding year of my life. I started Chrysalis without any love for myself, without any hope for my future, and with minimal motivation to change anything. Now, I have graduated high school, and I am in college and working at a law firm to achieve my goal of going to law school. None of this would have been possible without Chrysalis. Chrysalis provided me with a safe space to fall down and helped me to get back up, over and over again. No matter how good a program is, there are always flaws. The difference with Chrysalis is that they want to help their program grow and change to keep their students safe and best support their growth.
