"I was scheduled for a visit yesterday. Scheduled 3 weeks out. Waited all day for them to arrive and they were a no show. UPDATE: I guess they did arrive. My husband and I were home all day waiting for them. We called another company to come fix the issue and when they got here it appears that Browns had come into the backyard and fixed the issue without us knowing. It seems weird that they didn’t tell us they were here and working. Didn’t receive a quote or anything. I guess I’ll wait for an invoice to arrive?"
