"We purchased our stove from them about 5 yeara ago and were have been happy with the purchase and the initial customer service. However, we have been trying to schedule an appointment for them to come and inspect the stove for OVER A YEAR. Every phone call is the same. They claim they will call you back, they claim they will let you know what day they are going to come out, they refuse to schedule an actual appointment with you over the phone and then they ignore you and leave you high and dry. I would love to give them my business but they make it pretty darn impossible. I'm not sure if management has changed or what the deal is."
"Great service. We have a gas fireplace that needed attention. Eric was very knowledgeable and answered my questions, and was great at troubleshooting when I couldn't find a tool that belonged with the fireplace. The fireplace looks great and I am very happy with the service."
"Great service and quality work. We wanted a wood stove and stopped by the store on several occasions with questions. When we finally decided on the wood stove we wanted, the salesperson was helpful in assisting us with choosing the stove pipe, fan, and other items we also needed. When we were ready for the install, we scheduled a time and they arrived as promised. The install went smooth from our standpoint and they did an excellent job. They even went out of their way to make the box at the ceiling look perfect even though the hole that was there from the prior gas fireplace was not the correct size. Cannot say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and work ethic of the employees and owner."
