"Dr. Gates did not even know who I was since she is not my vet, as I have another vet (who could not help me in hardest moment when I needed them to put my beloved Ginger down a few mornings ago when she was in terrible pain) - yet she immediately arranged her schedule early that morning to drive to my home (about 40 minutes away from her) to help me right away when I needed it for my little girl. Thank you so much for your help and compassion that exceeded my own vet's ability to even check on us or show any compassion much less help us that morning. I really appreciate it."

"Few weeks ago I had to put my 10yr old chocolate lab down and I requested the at home euthanization so that he'd be comfortable in his own bed when it happened. The two ladies that came into our home were patient and comforting about the whole thing. Between introduction, getting comfortable, the shot, and the leaving process. It couldn't of went any more smoothly. Got the ashes back in less than a week in a nice box(see photo) and paw print(also see photo). I'm sorry I can't remember the ladies names, was a bad day. But highly recommended."

"I am deeply thankful for this clinic and everyone there, from front desk staff, vet techs and the vets there. They took my sweet boy, Sammy the cat in as a brand new client on an emergency basis when he got terribly ill about a year or so ago. No other clinic that I called would see him unless he was an established patient. So discouraging and scary. Ponderosa vet squeezed Sammy in that same hour and took their time treating him and explaining everything to me until I was comfortable with everything they wanted to do for him. Very patient staff which is a treasure to find when you have a sick or hurting pet! They have fit Sammy in several times since then on an emergency basis (he’s a wild one!) and I wish there were better words than just a simple “thank you”. They have fixed up our Sammy multiple times and helped him once again this morning after another cat bit him and caused a puncture wound in his throat. They also always call to follow up and check in which is just a lovely thing for a vet to do, and helps to calm my concerns as well. Great job caring about your clients, Ponderosa Vet!"

"We had such a great experience with this clinic! We came down from Alberta for a specific treatment unavailable in our area. They treated us and our dog like we had been clients for years. The whole staff is outstanding from CJ at reception, to the tech Amanda, and Dr. Jim. They are all great at what they do and made sure we understand everything.
