"I had the worst haircut in my 69 year old life on 12-29-2023 by KateLynn I asked for a trim, and she cut 5 to 6 inches from the back of my hair. I finally told her to STOP cutting. She told me , next time I get it cut tell the salon person to cut it dry, because it shrinks up when it’s wet, she cut it to one half inch over 3-4 inches over the whole back of my head. It is my educated opinion that she was impaired ( under the influence.). I was so upset I didn’t go back to talk to the manager, as I did not want to relive the trauma. I was able to get the rest of my hair trimmed with someone in Missoula but it will be a long time before my hair grows back."
