"They told me to arrive at 12:15 and then didn’t start on me until 12:50. Normally that wouldn’t be an issue because they provide great service. I felt super rushed the whole time and the woman next to me waited about 45 plus minutes sitting in cold water, as did I. I told her I didn’t want the stone massage and she gave it to me anyways and then used that as a way to say I could not receive a discount due to being unhappy with my experience. I truly NEVER speak up about things like this being in the industry myself but when one of my guests is unhappy I listen and offer some kind of consolation. I will not be going back to escape nails again. There are plenty of salons in the valley that care about what their customers have to say after a visit."
"Love Escape! Honesty the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I’ve gotten a ton of pedicures before and this is the best I’ve ever had!! Linda is amazing for pedicures and takes her time. You’ll get an actual foot massage and not be rushed! Long is the best for acrylic nails! He cares and does just what you want. Promise you won’t be disappointed!"
"We made a reservation here for a bridal party of 9 and they accommodated us without any issue. We walked in and they had all of the chairs ready for our pedicures! The staff is incredible - such friendly people and so funny! We had such a good time and they made sure to treat us very well. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone - especially big groups!"
