"As a local small business owner and new homeowner, I was very disappointed by my experience with Sharkeys insurance. They did not provide support or guidance during several claim processes and when my claim wasn't available for renewal I provided a month to help me find a new policy. They did not get back to me when they said they would and I had follow up several times. Then when they finally gave me quotes 3 weeks later, within days of my policy non-renewal, the companies they quoted me for were not even eligible to insure my home.
