"Cabin was very cute and comfortable. Stayed 3 nights for work - had to request housekeeping and just a bag of towels was set inside the door. No shampoo/conditioner or soap. Bartender Dylan was awesome. Not worth the price."

"I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Check-in was definitely not a good experience and did taint the stay. I suggest management teach her and possibly even mentor her for awhile. The room was clean, quiet and lovely. Slept great. The restaurant there had delicious food (recommend the rib eye with the cowboy butter!) and also had great service."

"Rooms: Rustic feel, outdated, but relatively clean. Now for the downside. Fridge froze just about everything. I'm talking thawed left over hamburger froze solid as well as a half-gallon of milk. The salad...goner! Satellite TV didn't work. Someone from the front desk came by, but had not a clue what to do. Went to the front desk later to mention the problem again as nobody stopped by and was told the manager would stop by the room. Nope, never showed. I indicated if they couldn't fix the problem, I'd like an adjustment on the bill. Was advised the manager would contact me. Nope again. Never heard from the manager. At checkout, (around 9AM) the following day, I wanted to discuss the issue and went to the front desk - CLOSED until 11AM. Final thing. The bed frame doesn't fit the bed. The foot rail sticks out about 4 to 5 inches outside the mattress. I discovered this the next morning when my left foot collided with the metal rail. Had I not had my boots on, there is no question there would have been an URGENT CARE visit instantly. Having been a former owner/operator of a hotel here in Montana, I'm truly disappointed in the how this property is operated. Clearly, the owner is not present or if so, needs some remedial training in hospitality management."
