"Dr Shepp and his staff were amazing! I had my first ever tooth pulled which was a wisdom tooth and it took me a few years to build up the courage to just go have it done. Finally made my appointment and the front office was very accommodating and Dr.Shepp explained everything to me and gave me the confidence that I could do this and before I knew it I had my first tooth pulled and it was so easy and pain free! The best part was the office called a couple times to see if I was doing ok and Dr.Shepp called that same night to see how I was doing! That literally was the best care I’ve ever had and I highly recommend Dr. Shepp and his staff!!!"

"I was so excited to find a good local dentist. I went in last fall and had my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was kind and gentle with my teeth. The dentist was friendly and I left feeling pretty great. Today I went back and did not have a good experience. I had the same hygienist but she was really short with me. She shushed me and told me she had to hurry because she didn't want to be late for her physical therapy appointment. Then she continued to spray gritty teeth polish in my unprotected eyes. You try to give folks the space to have an off day, but it is unacceptable when you are working inside of my mouth. The dentist himself wasn't hearing when I told him my ENT prefer me to stay away from bite wing x-rays because I am already subject to so much radiation from regular x-rays of an osteoma by my eye. He scoffed at that and told me there is no more radiation in a bite wing x-ray than there is in a banana or flight across the United States. This appointment felt bad. I decided to call and cancel my future appointments and when I briefly said why, the receptionist said, "well your hygienist is in constant pain." In that case, go home, don't get inside of someone's mouth. There is a reason people fear denistry and I had the displeasure of experiencing that today."

She didn't even flinch, move or wince when the Dr. gave her several shots in her gums and then extracted her teeth! GREAT experience!
