"UPDATE: Today we got a letter from the IRS fining us $3520, not because of money we owe on taxes but because prime never filed our taxes. You would think after paying a company nearly $5000 that they would at least file the taxes you are paying them for and pay attention to what they are doing. They didn't. We sent in our extension application in February 2023 and sent in our taxes in full in August alongside multiple emails informing them our taxes were in the vault. Several people assured me my taxes were being worked on, but they lied. No one even started on my taxes until I left a review on google. When they finally started on the taxes they gave them to someone who is already overworked and already had his plate full. He did not have the time to pay attention to our taxes and do them correctly. He sent them in incomplete and late, causing us to miss all of the deadlines, and receive an atrocious late fee from the IRS, despite the fact we had sent in all of the necessary information many months in advance. In total we've paid over $5000 to Prime Business Professionals to have them help us open our businesses and do our taxes. All they did for our businesses was fill out the LLC. They left us to figure out and register our businesses with the state tax commission and get our county business licenses. When I called and wrote emails for guidance they said they couldn't help. They did 1/3 of the process and charged a lot for it. We sent our taxes in over 3 months ago and sent emails to two different representatives multiple times to let them know. It has been over 3 months and we have heard nothing back yet, except be patient. The deadline is in two days and if we don't get them submitted we are going to be in serious trouble with the IRS. I have sent several reminders, I have also called and left several messages and heard nothing back. We need to know if everything was received and has been processed. How can we contact our preparer? Our extension period will be ending in a few days. We submitted these 3 months ago but have heard nothing. Please let us know what is happening. I feel like you just took our money and threw us on an assembly line but care nothing about us, our businesses, or our taxes."

"I’m not sure how this company is rated so high… we signed up last year and were told we’d get an account manager after our introduction meeting. We inquired multiple times and never received a main account manager. Every time we had questions we were either brushed off by rude support staff with basic unhelpful responses or told to book an appointment that’s 2 weeks out with random individuals who have no knowledge of our specific situation. We specifically sign up because we wanted a main poc to learn from and work with on our companies books, but that was just a false promise to get our money. I got a letter from the IRS that I’ve been trying to resolve with them since 10/09 and have yet to get a resolution… I’ve sent multiple reminder emails. I would never recommend them."
