"Absolutely awesome people! I was 600 miles from home & 900 miles away from my destination & got a flat tire. My trip was not going well from the start & now I had waited for AAA for over 1.5hrs. I finally gave up & called them. They went above & beyond to get me back on the road, much quicker then I expected. I wish I had paid attention to your names, but thank-you for starting my new year off with some kindness!"

"My daughter, a college student at UMW, had a slow leak in her tire. We were unable to get it fixed at home, as it was the weekend. I aired up the tire and she returned to school. She took her car that she paid for to Les Schwab in Dillon to get her leak fixed. The folks at LS told her here tire was too damaged to repair and she would have to buy a new tire. First, I have serious doubts her tire was unrepairable. Second, they put on a tire that did not match her other tires. Third, they charged her $70 more than any other retailer for the exact same tire. Our daughter pays for all her car maintenance and repairs. Additionally, she pays for all her college. She has two jobs and works during her school breaks. We help her in other ways but believe young adults should have skin in the game when it comes to their education. It upsets me that people will take advantage of a young lady to make a few $$$. Do better Les Schwab!"

"Had new tires put on less than 4 months later, the front ones are completely worn out. The first thing they did was try to sell me new ones instead of doing a warranty. They did warranty them, and the car did the same thing after they aligned it. Took the car to a different shop they checked the alignment and said whoever did this before didn't know what they were doing. I will never buy tires from them again they are more worried about selling you a tire than doing business right."

"We go here for all our automotive and tire needs. One of my studded tires was no longer good and they were able to order one and it was there the next day. Staff is professional and helpful. They have a spacious waiting area with seating and magazines."

"This place was amazing. About 15 miles out of town our trailer tire blew. It was in the middle of a rainstorm with big gusts of wind. We unhooked from our trailer and had to leave it on the side of the interstate, I called in the way into town because their hours had them closing in 30 minutes. I talked to Paul (I believe that was his name) he got the needed information had the tire out and waiting. We showed up he was super fast so we could hurry up and get back to our trailer before the storm got worse. The guy who helped us saved us big time and we’re so thankful."
