"I recently moved to the Springville area from California. I received a notice from the IRS about some missing claims and deductions not allowed. I attempted to contact the IRS myself without success. I found Strong & Strong through a radio add from Utah state about using certified CPAs. I dropped off all my paperwork at the office and waited for someone to call me. I received two calls from Lee Jensen, a CPA working for Strong & Strong. Lee was very personable and asked a lot of questions to gain a better understanding of my situation. I dropped off more information for Lee and in the next few weeks I was notified my paperwork was complete. The year in question was the first year I completed my Federal taxes independently and will be my last. Lee was able to find some deductions that I had missed along with explaining to the IRS why I was able to claim some previous deductions. The service and communication was outstanding.
