"They stood me up several times for appointments, she can't be bothered to send an electronic pdf of taxes when asked, she stated she would fix my taxes after taking longer than I was told to originally do them if I didn't get the house I was trying to get while waiting for her, well of course I didn't get the house in this market, but did Tatiana fix the taxes back at no charge as she said she would? No. Instead she stood me up for my appointment again wasting my gas money, they won't answer the phones or when her assistant finally did she just hung up on me since she doesn't understand English and then I started getting texts saying I would need to pay another $250 to ammend my taxes as well as wait another month. Wow horrible service again this year why did I ever come back? Because I was desperate to hurry and get them done to get a house and then she didn't even do that (hurry that is) for her original $400 she got from me. I am smart enough I will amend my own taxes and definitely never do business here again."
"First time customer. I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 3 times. After that, I didn't want to do business with the company and asked for my documents back the reply was " you must give me $60 to get them back" This is not professional or Ethical. This is a form of extortion. I observed clients waiting for 2-3 hours. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed."
