"Husband filled our taxes here. No one ever actually submitted our taxes. He went in almost 5-6 weeks ago. We called a week ago to check on the status if our return because we hadn’t received it yet. Found out they hadn’t submitted it due to miscommunication on their part. So we got all that taken care of, and we were told that it would be filed immediately once they received our signatures, so we did that. Just called back a week later to just double check and make sure it all was good and it was filed. Nope. She’s still just sitting on it after we have paid and after we have submitted everything. Don’t recommend. Feels very sketchy and dishonest. Never experienced this with any other tax agent. Only went to them because of a recommendation but never again."

"The whole experience was bad from the start and unfortunately never got better. My husband set an appointment and we arrived to find that we were not even on the books for any appointment. We eventually discovered the appointment had been incorrectly set for a month later. We met with Matt and he walked us through the information. We discovered there was nothing we could do to maximize our tax refund next year and left. A week or so went by with no word from Matt on when to expect our refund or if the forms had even been submitted. My husband called and was informed that submitting could take up to 3 weeks. 3 weeks layer with still no word, my husband called to tell them we would file the taxes ourselves and he would come pick up our paperwork. They called back 10 minutes later and miraculously, the documents were ready to sign. When my husband went to sign them, he saw they had been printed on March 3rd and no one had ever reached out to us to tell us we could come sign the papers. And then they charged us $200. For taxes we could have filed ourselves and for free. Even after no contact with us on what was clearly an error on their part. Would never use this company again. Poor communication all around."
