"These buildings were poorly built. The HOA is sad as well. They pick and choose when they would like to remove snow and ice off of sidewalks. They have ridiculous fines. Do not live here!!"

"Please do yourself a favor and do NOT move into one of these condos. I have lived here since 2023 and couldn't be happier that my lease is finally up. My experience has been nothing short of miserable. 1 star is a compliment. These apartments were built as cheap as possible while trying to maintain a modern look in order to convince people they're nicer than they actually are. The paper thin walls, floors and ceilings paired with these condos being a magnet to immature and disrespectful young couples is the perfect recipe for disaster. If you want mature neighbors who have respect and consideration for others, you will NOT find that here. If you're wanting to be able to sleep throughout the night, this is NOT the place for you. If you have children that you're wanting to be able to nap during the day or sleep throughout the night, this is most definitely NOT the place for you. All of the insane amount of partying, stomping, thudding, yelling, doors slamming, dogs barking, music blasting, tv's blasting, and intercourse that goes on here that you get the pleasure of listening to 24/7 is not worth dealing with for half of what they'll charge you for rent. When I say 24/7, I truly mean 24/7. Last but not least, the HOA. It is practically non existent when it comes to complaints or concerns from my experience. Your email's will go unanswered. No attempt will be made from the HOA to communicate with you to resolve any ongoing issues you're experiencing. The only thing the HOA will do is happily collect your money. I have never in my life thought of writing a google review for any reason but after living here for a year I felt the need to warn others with my experience. I wish someone would have written a review such as this one before I signed my lease so I could have avoided the absolute nightmare this place has been all together. The amount of noise from the neighbors and the lack of a helpful HOA has been exhausting for me and my family to say the least. I really hope this review turns people away from living here and having to experience what my family and I did. There are significantly better places out there for the money, I promise."
