I recently had surgery and my water heater broke and I just want to Thank them for the rapid attention Samantha gave to fix the Water heater in my apartment , she’s gone out of her way to make me feel everything is going to be OK. Thank you so much again to Samantha And the maintenance team Has made me feel at home, making a huge change in the community."

"I would rate 0 stars if I could. This apartment complex is overpriced and poorly managed, but in a great area and fairly well maintained. The management consistently lost paperwork while I was there and refused to return deposits multiple times unless there is a threat of going to court. Do not rent here. Additional issues: 1) will claim lost paperwork if you do not get copies from them then and there, so they will not return pet deposits; 2) the property manager regularly failed to return calls; 3) the 24 hour emergency maintenance line almost always goes straight to voicemail during my tenancy; 4) bug issues; and 5) fake remodeling - they literally painted over tubs, rotting doors, etc. I reiterate do not rent here."

"Place has been awesome. I like the management. Stephanie and Mike the maintenance guy do a great job keeping the place running. There are two reasons why I didn't give it five stars, one is the rent has gone up significantly higher than last year. Also, there has been some car break ins in the past including my fiancee's. The latter of the two, no one has control over and the management has been on top of trying to make it less of an issue including police check ins. Besides that I love the location. If you have a dog, the side walks are well kept and very pleasant to take your dog on a walk. Plenty of friendly neighbors!"

"Lived here for 6 months now. I really like my spacious updated apartment. It's quiet here and the grounds and outdoor pool are well maintained. The staff and maintenance folks are great. I feel the rent is reasonable for what you get. I feel safe and happy here."

"Great site, terrible property management. It is practically impossible to get a phone call returned or reach anyone in the office. My account has been off since October and it is now June! The pool was supposed to be open over Memorial Day and is still closed. They spent a TON of money on useless improvements that raise the curb appeal. DON'T fall for the trick! They raised my rent over $100 during my last lease signing and people keep moving out. This place used to be nice, but ever since the new property management took over - service is terrible! The only redeeming quality is Bill, the maintenance guy! He is awesome and should move to a new property! Don't move here."
