"I had a hard time finding a place (I was 39 weeks pregnant & my lease was up 2 days before my induction date) but Lyman at Smoot commercial made everything the least amount of stressful for my family and me to move in at the perfect time & the whole process was very smooth. Upon moving in there were issues like the internet (it was the service providers fault) but Lyman made it a priority to handle it & it was fixed in a timely manner & maintenance is 10/10 as well. I saw a lot of negative reviews & was very concerned about some things but since I’ve been here (a little over a month), I haven’t had any of the same issues I’ve read about, I have no complaints and feel very blessed that we found the Orchard Garden town homes."

"Smoot commercial is literally the most incompetent team of property management you will ever have the misfortune of coming in contact with. I suggest you avoid them like the plague because they will do the same once you rent from them. My unit was disgusting when I moved in. Dirty handprints on the walls, gross bathrooms, and the washer and dryer had mold in it. They will never answer your calls or respond to your emails. It’s very clear that smoot only hires the best of the worst. I am still owed money from them since I moved out a couple weeks early per their request. I will be contacting a lawyer."
