"If you're even considering renting here, stop right there. It's been an absolute nightmare. The application process is a ridiculous ordeal where they nitpick every tiny detail, forcing us to redo things over and over just because they didn't like the way it looked. And don't get me started on the move- in costs debacle. They screwed up the email with the wrong name, then had the audacity to almost double the costs in the corrected email. When we finally moved in, the place was so cheep. It was obvious it hadn't been properly cleaned, with dirty dishes left behind crumbs and dust in the cabinets, barely functioning light bulbs, and doors that sounded like they were about to fall off, they make loud cracking sounds when you open them. And the parking situation? Don't even get me started. They assigned us a spot, but the first time we parked at our new place in our new spot the neighbors came out and yelled at us that we were in their space. After some back and forth with that teenage girl at the front office, she shoved us into a spot several spaces farther away making it a nightmare to lug our stuff up to the third floor with two babies in tow. And let's talk about their package system. It's a complete joke. I can't even access the lockers, so I have to rely on the incompetent teenage girl at the front desk again, who managed to lose a $200 package within the first week. So, unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence and headaches on a daily basis, steer clear of this place like the plague. Trust me, if you have any other option, take it."

"Since we got new owners and new management I have seen such wonderful changes. I have lived here over 9 years and never been happier living here. I call this home and plan on it being my home for many more years."

"Everything breaks constantly (sinks, disposals, toilets, showers, water heaters, door handles…I’ve been locked INSIDE my apartment twice) and maintenance is awful. Nothing ever actually gets fixed. I know multiple people who have dealt with their homes having major leaks and flooding their apartments due to damage maintenance caused while “repairing” another issue. I don’t even trust them to repair all of the issues in my home so I have friends fix it or just live with it."

"I have lived here for long time, we recently moved to another apartment because we get very bad mold. We were transferred to another apartment. In the 'new' apartment the washer machine was broken when I connected the water. The shower in the master bathroom is not working. I was talking to the new manager, she told me maybe Monday the maintainer can come and fix, now Monday passed, I called but they never answered the phone, please check reviews before you get a apartment here."
