Hilltop Towers

"Ive had several big ticket items stolen from the package room. Including some that have affected my work schedule. You wont get anything out of management other than "We will check the cameras" or "sorry we apologize, we're working on it." They also tell you to take it up with Amazon to replace the package, like it wasn’t enough of an inconvenience. Nothing is ever done...There are no cameras in the package room or even outside of it. Below are several packages that have been ripped open and rummaged through, all from the Hilltop Towers package room. Ive blurred out the recipient address aside from the address to the building itself. It is clear someone has been stealing and taking advantage from the low level security of the room. Anybody who lives in the building has access to it and is wide open to everybody during business hours. There's also the issue of dog feces. It's gotten so bad that they've offered tenants a reward for spotting anybody who doesn't pick up their dog's poo. In conclusion, if you want your packages stolen and want to step on dog poo all the time, then hilltop is the place. For $2000 plus a month, you can rent a better apartment..."

"We had an appointment for a tour today and it could not have gone worse. First off, we were not greeted all when we walked into the office. The three people there all seemed to care less that there were people there to take a tour. We had papers shoved into our hands without an explanation of what they were and then lead to the 2x2 show room. Once in there, we looked around, found it very lovely, and then asked our guide questions about the apartment. She answered our questions with 3 word sentences. Super helpful (not). We did not feel welcomed the moment we stepped inside the office. We will not be living here. Also, there is no carpet in the apartments whatsoever. That just doesn’t seem right."

"Got charged a $200 cleaning fee despite cleaning every nook and cranny of the apartment and an almost $500 charge for wall repairs which seems excessive. The rent was steep for a small apartment with somewhat decent amenities. I say somewhat because the air hockey table was constantly broken and the pool wasn't ready till the middle of summer, and despite receiving a notice that the jacuzzi would be open year around, it closed a few weeks later for no apparent reason. The elevator also constantly stopped working for no reason that was communicated to us. The neighbors were relatively quiet except for one dog located in the main building that would bark for hours on end. The appliances in these apartments are pretty average but I guess if the only criteria for luxury living means there isn't carpet in every room than I guess hilltop towers meets that standard. All in all this is your typical "luxury" apartment complex that milks you for every dollar you have because they label themselves as luxury living."

"CAUTION ⚠️ Please before you sign the lease pay attention to the lease agreement. The wording can be tricky, the lease initiation fee is not part of the deposit it will not go towards your move out repairs/fees. Save your furnace filter receipts too because we replaced ours when we left and they still charged us. Not only that in the lease agreement they make you do a lot of maintenance. If you find a mess somewhere don’t call maintenance they will make you clean it or charge you even if you didn’t make the mess. Use caution and save money when moving out of this place. The elevator always breaks for me that was really hard as I was pregnant, so caution if you are pregnant or elderly. And the pool is often closed. Also it’s not about being able to afford it and all the fees, it’s whether you want to or not…. If maintenance isn’t supposed to be done by the residents then why is it stated in the lease that you have to buy and change the filter every month?"

"Enjoyed living here and working with leasing staff - Corinne, etc. Would have renewed lease but work took me out of state. Recycling option would be nice but great onsite amenities and buildings kept clean and well maintained."
