"These apartments are so nice the club house it huge has a game room that we can hang out in the fitness center is pretty big for and apartment complex. The pool and hot tub are nice as well pretty big, also they have a dog park for the fur baby’s, it’s close to the grocery store and places to go out to eat with your family’s. The staff is amazing as well!!!!"

I am sharing my review with the new update to the review at the end.* A Disappointing Living Experience I was initially drawn to this apartment complex by its modern design and seemingly peaceful atmosphere. However, my experience as a resident has been far from the idyllic image portrayed. Unreasonable Noise Restrictions From the very beginning, I encountered unreasonable noise restrictions. Upon moving in, I was reprimanded by management for supposedly disturbing the peace of the residents below me. This was particularly frustrating as I was simply moving my belongings during non-quiet hours. It set the tone for a pattern of excessive scrutiny, with management constantly hounding me about noise levels, even for normal walking around. They even suggested I purchase rugs to muffle my footsteps. This felt like an intrusion into my personal space and a restriction on my ability to simply live in my own home. Parking Woes Parking at the complex is a constant struggle. Despite assurances from management that they have addressed the issue, I regularly witness residents scrambling to find parking spots. It's a frustrating experience that adds unnecessary stress to daily life. Management's Dismissive Attitude Throughout my time at this complex, I've found management to be unhelpful and dismissive. When addressing concerns, they often adopt a defensive posture, shifting blame rather than seeking solutions. This attitude has only exacerbated the issues I've encountered. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from this apartment complex. The unreasonable noise restrictions, parking problems, and dismissive attitude from management make for an unpleasant living experience. Look elsewhere for an apartment complex that respects your privacy and provides a more comfortable living environment. Updated Review: We shared our genuine experience on Google and BirdsEye. Today, we received an email offering to settle our lease, but they mentioned potential legal action, claiming our feedback constitutes harassment and defamation. We stand by our honest review and will address this matter appropriately."

"I love living at The Arlo Apartments. They do fun activities every month. The parking has been bad but I know it is not managements fault. In fact they tried to accommodate us by giving out a few garages for a discounted rate. The manager and other office staff are really nice, if you have an issue you can go in and talk to them and they try to help you as best they can. They have a nice mailroom for packages, Amazon doesn’t always use it correctly but the office staff has helped me get my package s several times. Maintenance is top notch and are quick to respond."

"I am so unbelievably impressed with my experience so far at the Arlo. I absolutely love it here! From the extremely kind staff to the amazing amenities and living opportunities here, I love that I get to call this place home. I really appreciate the wonderful office ladies. Sherri, Angie, and Kloee are amazing! They are always extremely helpful and sweet when I have any questions or concerns. They make me feel prioritized by making sure my needs are always met. The emails they send out are really helpful as well. It makes it seem that they want to be involved and keep me informed about everything going on. These ladies are so hard working and extremely dedicated to what they do. They do an amazing job at keeping this place running smoothly and I am so grateful for them! So far, their maintenance team has been fantastic. Especially Mike! I know that if I have any problems or need something fixed handy man Mike is there to get it done! He is very quick and efficient and makes sure everything that needs to be done, gets done in no time. You can just tell he is an extremely hard working man and I really appreciate that! There are so many amazing things to do here! The amenities at The Arlo are one of the best parts, with a pool, hot tub, gym (which is my personal favorite), game room and so much more! I also love the events they hold and how they show appreciation to small businesses. This place is such a beautiful place to live and I am so grateful for the hardworking staff that make it that way. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home. Way to go Arlo!"

"I have only been at the Arlo for a month but I have absolutely loved it here! Sherri and Mike are fantastic to work with if there are any issues which I rarely have an issue but if I do I’m never afraid to talk to them about it. Sherri keeps residents update on things that are going on. The amenities are great! There’s a game room, gym and pool! Definitely a great place to call home! My daughter hopes to make friends here like she had at our last apartment."
