Zions Bank Payson

"They locked my mom out of online banking and then gave us the runaround for 2 weeks. And now telling us her online banking is permanently closed, so guess we have to move Banks and she's been with them for 30 years. What a pain"

They care about my time and are super helpful! I’ve been especially impressed with Ashley Lancaster who is a miracle worker! Love this bank location!"

"I drove wayyy out of my way from I-15 to use a Zions ATM and almost lost my mind. Payson has no visible ATM and doesn't advertise owning one. So frustrating."

"Ashley is the rudest bank teller I’ve ever encountered in the 22 years I’ve been using banks. Maybe I caught her on a off day and I did not deserve her disrespect. Seems the only way companies listen to feedback these days is if you post it on the internet. Would gladly rate at 3 stars if anyone wants to have a dialogue about the incident. I can tell you Ashley’s perspective as she clearly communicated it to me with her passive aggressive comments."

"Ridiculous. Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No cars besides 1 next to me. It's pretty awful for you guys to not be busy and to be that slow. After taking my deposit with no one inside the lady disappeared for 5 minutes then a new lady helped me. And rather than finishing my deposit she helped the customer that walked inside. Then helped a new person that walked inside right after. 20 minutes later my deposit was complete. Poor service I'd say. Take care of the customers in order."
