"I called and was quoted it would between 60 and 80 dollars per lock. The technician came out and did all the work then afterwards told me it would be over 1200 for 6 locks. It is insane they're charging more than 200 dollars per lock when quoted at 60. I will not be recommending this again I feel like I just got swindled."

"**update** after being told three times by different people that my complaint was not valid or that because it was under $200 they won’t help someone escalated this to somewhere else. I was given a full refund for my hassle. I appreciate this. Thank you for making this right KeyMe. Do NOT use Keyme Locksmiths. My daughter locked my keys in my car. I called and asked how much. The lady on the phone said it was $29.99 to have a a technician come out. I asked for the price to unlock my car with a slim Jim. I was again told $29.99. So I agreed. When the tech came and unlocked my car (via slim Jim, took ten seconds). He charged my card $139.99. I asked why so much when I was quoted a third of the price. He told me to have a good day and left. I called the company back and she told me yeah it’s $29.99 and plus whatever their technicians decide to charge and it looks like you were quoted that. Look lady I would have chosen someone else if you’d been honest. I do NOT like dishonest people who take advantage of people. KEYME locksmiths should make this right and have more honest employees"
"I called to have someone come out because I was locked out of my house. Keep in mind it was 10:30 at night and 40°. The woman on the phone was aware of my situation. She would not give me a price quote, and she had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me she was just going to contact someone in my area to give me a quote and stop by. I waited over an hour and still did not receive a call... Horrible Business ethic."
