"So glad I found Shaded glass. I had some of my 20 year old tinting start to crack (installed by another company) it needed to be replaced but did not want to have to do all of my windows. Tanner from Shaded Glass came and did an amazing job. The tint matches other windows and it looks so good. They fit me in quickly and Tanner was a true professional and so courteous and kind."
"Anyone that left this company a 5 star review must have been paid to do so. Shaded Glass has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. It took over 2 months just for them to install the film on our windows. That should have been a red flag right there. Then they had to come back to fix a pocket full of water under the film, which you should know ahead of time, is constantly on back order. Within a few months one of our largest windows cracked. It has now been over 3 months of having this window that’s nearly cracked in half and I keep getting ignored or, better yet, lied to. Also beware the 3M “warranty” only covers $500, not mentioned at all. It would have been nice to know that before I applied it to 4 windows that cost over a thousand dollars each. And applying the film to it voids the window manufacturer warranty. Awesome, especially when they told me it rarely happens and the film is rated for Utah. Probably another lie."

They were fair in pricing, they did great with their work, the technician was polite, and they were very responsive on the phones via text messages and calls when I had questions or concerns.
