"Repairman was great. Your ability to contact a human in customer service is negative 5. You have no customer service and because of that I lost 2 days of work at 300.00/day. For a 328.00 fix. Your repairman on the Nov 1st drove by my place never stopped and then called me and only let it ring 1 time and hung up. Then I got a txt I wasn’t home and had to reschedule. I called his number back and the person wouldn’t answer. The reason I know he drove by is I have cameras."
